Early Support
When little children are lacking certain incentives, it can, particularly in cases with developmental delays, a high risk of limited further development or disability, have influence on their development. Since children are yet highly suggestible particularly in early childhood. Thus, the earlier, the better.
The Early Support is the first possible support for children from 0 to 6 years. The Early Support units of the Lebenshilfe Lüdenscheid - Märkischer Kreis offer parents and children concerned a starting point with a family orientated approach. Here, not only the children are supported in their developments, but also the parents are supported, informed and integrated. On one hand, this has a relieving effect on the parents, on the other hand, it influences the children positively.
The complex treatment is mostly a combination of (medical) therapeutic, remedial and pedagogical measures. Accordingly, the team of an early support unit is divided into highly diverse departments. The children are supposed to be supported integrally, i.e. by considering all personality areas.
Parents in Germany have a legal right to receive free early remedial measures. These can take place mobile, thus at home as well as ambulatory at an Early Support unit.
The draw area of the Early Support unit covers the southern Märkischer Kreis. You find our main unit in Lüdenscheid. There are branches in Kierspe, Plettenberg and Neuenrade.
