School Integration
"Help me, so that I can do it myself!" Under this slogan, the Lebenshilfe Lüdenscheid - Märkischer Kreis also offers school integration for pupils who have a mental, physical and/or a psychological disability and cannot participate in normal classes of regular schools and special schools without support. For that, they are accompanied individually and demand-orientated by so-called integration aides of the Lebenshilfe Lüdenscheid - Märkischer Kreis. Additionally, the counselling team of the Lebenshilfe Lüdenscheid - Märkischer Kreis helps with applying to the welfare unit or youth department.
With us, school integration means:

- Structuring of the teaching material

- Support and practice of communication aids
- Strengthening of the social competence

Our service for you:
- We counsel you comprehensively in all issues concerning the topic disability at school
- We support you with the application and connect all institutions involved
- We provide your child with an integration aide with appropriate professional expertise
- Our integration aides receive advanced training possibilities, training courses a good guidance and periods for the reflection on their work
